How long does it take to receive my order?

Each watch is handmade to order by Chrisy alone. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production plus shipping. Rush orders may be available — reach out before purchasing.

How do I care for my watch?

Keep it away from water, perfume, and prolonged direct sunlight. The sculpted metalwork can be gently cleaned with a soft dry cloth. These are handcrafted pieces — treat them like the artifacts they are.

Are these real working watches?

Yes. Every ChrisyCrafts piece contains a quality quartz movement and keeps accurate time. They are fully functional watches, not display pieces — though they look incredible either way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every watch is made by hand to order, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours and Chrisy will make it right.
